  • Mark Gordon started Score Draw Music in 2004 after a career as a musician that included recording 4 Peel Sessions, playing live shows in the USA, Russia, and Japan, and having tracks he had co-written placed on shows such as Malcolm in the Middle and Sesame Street.

His composition work in Score Draw Music has included co-writing music for Dolly Parton to sing in a children’s animation series, a co-write in the 2018 Oscar-winning film The Shape of Water, and ongoing work across film, television and animation- as well as running the company on a day to day basis.

Outside of the company Mark is a member of the Ivors Academy Media Committee Board, dealing with ongoing issues for media composers around copyright, skills and opportunities. He also sits on the Future Screens NI Board, delivering expert technical skills, opportunity and growth across film and broadcast, animation, games and immersive technologies and industries in Northern Ireland. Mark also programmes Output Belfast - Ireland’s largest music conference.

  • Mary is a producer, orchestrator and composer hailing from Derry, Northern Ireland. Having studied music with a focus on composition and performance at the University of Manchester, she first joined the Score Draw team as an orchestrator for the award-winning score to Lost Lives.

Since coming on board full time at the company, Mary has been involved in writing across many projects, directing and editing countless hours of dialogue, and overseeing the company's growing development slate, including co-producing a BBC Bitesize series for KS1 Music.

  • Fiona is a vocalist and songwriter from Belfast, Northern Ireland. She began her career in music as lead vocalist in a touring band supporting artists and bands such as Bastille, Editors, Suede, James and Snow Patrol. Fiona has co-written at songwriter events held at Tileyard Studios, in Nashville at the Nashville Songwriters Camp and most recently at the L.A. Sync Songwriter Mission

Fiona began working with Score Draw Music in 2012, quickly establishing herself as in-house songwriter and vocalist. In her time at the company she has written for numerous global TV shows, including the theme tune for PBS America’s Pinkalicious and Peteriffic, and songs for two seasons of the show. She was the main vocalist for the award winning feature documentary ROAD (narrated by Liam Neeson), and also provided episode vocals for all 100 episodes of Nickelodeon's Lily’s Driftwood Bay. Outside of the company Fiona continues to work on her own music as a solo artist.

  • Having started a career in audio engineering at the tender age of 12 in the mid-90s when he found the keys to his father’s recording studio, Charlie has over 20 years of experience in hardware and software production and digital music composition. After many years of writing for, producing, and recording a wide range of bands and genres (from post-rock to progressive metal, to string quartets and modular synthesis) Charlie brought these production and writing skills to the world of composition.

Since joining Score Draw Music Charlie’s first major production was a global campaign for Adidas, followed by multiple projects for BBC, Sky, Channel 4, Nickelodeon Jr, Disney Jr, and much more. Recently Charlie was a co-winner for the NI Royal Television Society best original music category for his work on the feature documentary Lost Lives, whose narrators include Liam Neeson and Kenneth Branagh.

  • Richard is a composer and multi-instrumentalist from Holywood, Northern Ireland. As a classically trained musician he has achieved his ATCL Diploma in Clarinet and has played in orchestras and brass and wind ensembles all across the UK, Ireland and USA. As a session musician for bands he has gigged throughout the UK, Europe and USA.

As a composer for Score Draw Music since 2009 he has written many hundreds of episodes of children's animation and live action seen on TV channels worldwide such as Claude for Disney Jr, Becca's Bunch for Nickelodeon Jr and Pinkalicious & Peterrific for PBS Kids. His other work has seen him write music across film, documentary and advertising including work for BBC, Channel 4 and Netflix and working with brands such as Adidas and The Body Shop.

  • Heidi graduated from Queen’s University Belfast in 2019 with a First Class Honours in Music Technology & Sonic Arts. Having grown up as a classically trained pianist, she has a wealth of experience performing in ensembles and teaching both classical and creative music technology classes at the Junior Academy of Music.

Since joining Score Draw Music, Heidi has worked on sound design for a number of animated pre-school shows for broadcasters including Channel 5, RTÉ and Cartoonito UK. She is also currently working on the upcoming life-sim dinosaur-themed game, Paleo Pines.

  • Lucy first joined Score Draw in 2018, working as speaker liaison and social media officer for Ireland’s biggest one-day music conference; Output Belfast. The conference is run by Score Draw annually, welcoming music industry leaders from across the globe to speak on panels, providing expertise and valuable guidance to Belfast’s music community. Having successfully helped the conference grow from strength to strength, Lucy became Event Coordinator for Output in 2020 - covering all details of conference planning/production, from writing press releases and appearing on BBC Radio Ulster to promote the event; to creating graphics and working one-to-one with speakers to programme panels.

In addition to her work for Output, Lucy has worked as Score Draw’s in-house Music Supervisor and Production Coordinator since 2020, gaining credits for a range of independent films, Amazon series and BBC NI documentaries, as well as contributing to rights research for productions on CBBC, live music broadcasts, Channel 5 and True North productions.
